I’m honoured, Celine Dion says as she relishes comeback performance at Paris Olympics
Grammy-winning Canadian singer, Celine Dion, has savored her first performance in four years at the 2024 Olympic Games opening ceremony in Paris, France, on Friday.
The 56-year-old singer delivered a heartfelt rendition of “Hymne à l’amour” by Édith Piaf from the base of the Eiffel Tower, creating an iconic moment. This performance marks Dion’s second appearance at the Olympic Games, having previously performed at the Atlanta 1996 Olympics.
