THE REPUBLIC 7TH MONTH
Tinubu intrinsically remained adamant on the fuel prices warranting anti-liberty crafted by the skyrocketing inflation which has become a new synonym of the nation hitherto. Though the national definition does not
jettison its peculiar name of equity - and 'he who would come to equity must come with clean hands': Abacha could not decipher that legal Latin line whilst the diabolic Law of the State sentenced him to the all-known ignoble death, the equity yet permeating nationally till now. This might go beyond EFCC's bucolic calculations as the anti graft body lacks, apparently, the federal character affecting transparency positively - yet a question for evolution of law: How the president could appoint a leader of the aforementioned body that can probe the president if found in any anti Economic Policy activities anytime. Very ironic that Ondo has been a signal to Tinubu on fragility of life by this 7th month, 'I will fill my barn and forget the rest' however where is the breathing sustainability after all? Nevertheless Ondo is not left alone constitutionally: According to Chapter 6. Part 2. Section 191. Sub Section 3(c) of Nigeria Constitution. Discharge Of Functions Of Governor - "The new Governor shall nominate and with the approval of the House of Assembly of the State, appoint a new Deputy Governor." We want greener peace in Ondo, we want constitutional economic liberty in Nigeria, thanks.
